PlayClearly is built for iOS and Android phones and tablets — designed first for the sideline, not a desktop tool you use back at the office.

Two things: clarity and restraint. Every play, drill, and screen is built to be understood at a glance — by your players, their parents, and coaches alike. Progress reads as plain information, not a competition.

PlayClearly is built with programs in mind, not just individual teams — a club or school athletic department should be able to evaluate it as durable infrastructure, not a trendy app. If you're looking at PlayClearly for a multi-team program, you will need to establish a team subscription for each team within the program with common coaches across the teams.

Not in the way most apps do. PlayClearly avoids streak pressure, badges, and ranking mechanics around player development — a missed day reads as neutral information, not a failure to be guilted over.

Exactly what a coach chooses to share, and nothing shared vaguely. A parent might receive a play their child is learning, a clip from the Film Room, or an IDP summary — always tied to a specific player and a specific reason, never a public or anonymous feed.

PlayClearly is built for teams that include minors, and player records, video, and development data are shared only with the coach, the player, and that player's parent or guardian — never publicly by default.
